     The Cowlesville Water District contracts with the Erie County Water Authority to purchase water for the use of our district customers, as well as to maintain fire hydrants in the district.  The District also operates under the guidance of the Wyoming County Public Health Dept and NYS Dept of Health.  Information on the quality of the water provided as well as the annual use quantities are provided below in the annual Water Department report.
